Some of them are pretty good and just might work. Others are outright ridiculous or silly. I received an email a couple of days back that is neither. In fact, it is unique. I’ve never had anyone offer this as a suggested solution.
I would assess the probably of establishing an anarcho-capitalist (stateless) Society to be better than the probability of this being pulled off. Look around at all the descent and discontent you see in society. The people are fed up and are primed for something new.
And besides, it is clear to every anarcho-capitalist I have ever spoken with that binding government down with a written constitution is impossible. If we set constitutional time back to the beginning, we would eventually end up right back here where we are now– (even if we carefully closed all of the glaring loopholes). To deny that would be to deny the basic nature of mankind.

Since Congress cannot/will not stop Obama from disregarding the Constitution and our laws by passing and overriding decisions made by Congress and prior presidents, we need to take our government back using Article V of the Constitution (see Note 1 below) and demand that our local government call a Convention of States to make laws (amendments) to give every Republic (otherwise known as states) the power to
1. Enforce emigration laws.
2. Impeach and remove from office the President, Vice President, and all civil officers.
3. Place term limits on Congress.
Powers now given only to Congress, a Congress that is broken and sick and unable to heal itself.
I beg you to demand your state governments call a Convention of the States.
Note 1: Article V of the uS Constitution says: The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.
