In Warren v. District of Columbia the court ruled, and the Supreme Court upheld, that “(T)he desire for condemnation cannot satisfy the need for a special relationship out of which a duty to specify persons arises.” Because the complaint did not allege a relationship “beyond that found in general police responses to crimes,” the court affirmed the dismissal of the complaint for failure to state a claim.

The bottom line is that your local police are not legally obligated to protect you, the average citizen. In addition to…

Covid-19 Really Exist?

That’s like telling someone that you met a man who says he has an identical twin and we presume the other sibling must look like his twin, but we have never seen the other twin brother. So do we even know he exists?

Does the Covid-19 Coronavirus Really Exist?

Henriques, Tiago via LewRockwell.com

In early 2020 when an outbreak of pneumonia of “unknown etiology” was reported in Wuhan, China, a report was published in the journalEUROSURVEILLANCEon the detection of a novel coronavirus which later came to be identified as COVID-19.

Since viruses cannot be grown in a lab dish (that is because viruses can only replicate inside a living cell), they cannot be cultured and multiplied like a bacteria sample. So, the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test was utilized and is the standard test to confirm COVID-19 infection today.

PCR involves amethod to rapidly produce millions to billions of copies of a specific DNA samplesufficient enough for analysis, given that coronaviruses are only 80-220 nanometers in size.COVID-19 is reported to be 120 nanometers in diameter. (A nanometer = 1 billionth of a meter) Here is an electron…

Medical Martial Law

Everything is being ramped up, and more restrictions are coming. It is my opinion that a ‘big’ staged event is coming this month that will be used to catapult this fake pandemic conspiracy.

Medical Martial Law Is Coming in Many Sinister Forms via garydbarnett.com

By: Gary D. Barnett

A recent headline states: “Immunity Cards’ To Be Issued To All Americans; Enable CDC To Track COVID-19 Vaxx Status In Database.”

Once again, the writing is on the wall and is being admitted in plain sight for all to see. Ignoring this agenda telegraphing is tantamount to assisted suicide. This was reported at Zero Hedge on Wednesday as the Department of Defense released the first images of a Covid-19 vaccination record as well as vaccination kits, this a step toward medical martial law.

“Everyone will be issued a written card that they can put in their wallet that will tell them what they hadand when their next dose is due,” says Dr. Kelly Moore, associate director of the Immunization Action Coalition. “Let’s do the simple, easy thing first. Everyone’s going to get that.”

War on Western Culture

As was the case with the churches, their behavior may seem irrational, but only until we remind ourselves of the left’s ideological purpose. The structures and statues they vandalized commemorated the efforts of people who in one way or another advanced the cause of western civilization. It is the protestors’ deep-seated antipathy toward the west that explains why they acted the way they did. aka the War on Western Culture — jtl, 419

The Left’s Final Objective Is Subversion of Western Civilization

By Vasko Kohlmayer via LewRockwell.com

In the previous piece we showed that ending (non-existent) racism could not have been the real goal of the riots that convulsed the United States this year. Rather we argued that the riots represented a dramatic eruption of the left’s anti-western animus which is the psychological disposition that frames the left’s mindset and actions.

We will see what the riots’ real purpose was…

The Leftist March Through Georgia

I guess this just goes to show that the spiritual descendants of “Lincoln’s Marxists” are, like their spiritual ancestors, still marching through Georgia.

revisedhistory

by Al Benson Jr.

Member, Board of Directors, Confederate Society of America

This isn’t the first time. The leftists in Sherman’s command marched through Georgia in 1864 and destroyed untold amounts of private property. Those people were “Lincoln’s Marxists” and Sherman just loved them for their destructive proclivities.

They set a precedent. Today’s leftists are still marching through Georgia (and other states as well) but they are bringing their voting machines with them. If you think the political left has nothing to do with our voting machines in this country go back and read the brief article posted on this blog on 12/3.

An article posted on https://www.theepochtimes.com for December 3 carried this headline: Firm That Conducted ‘Audit’ of Georgia Voting Machines Has Long History With Dominion. The article stated, in part, “The firm hired by Georgia’s secretary of state to conduct an ‘audit’ of Dominion Voting Systems technology used…

Song for Today: Jimmie Rodgers – Waiting for a Train

You can’t hardly go back any further than Jimmie Rogers.

Back in the early 50s (when I was a 10 year old boy), I had an old uncle that was the first to get me interested in music (country was the only kind we knew). Of the songs he used to sing for me, there were two that still stand out in my mind–Waiting for a Train and Little Joe the Wrangler. — nostalgia runs deep. — jtl, 419

Propaganda is as powerful as heroin

When the bulk of this now uneducated, indoctrinated, and dumbed down society is dependent on the mainstream news, and is only fed the state narrative, is it any wonder that we are facing global slavery through a totalitarian system like technocratic communism?

State Propaganda at This Level Spells a Pre-planned and Fake Manufactured Plot to Control the World!

By Gary D. Barnett via LewRockwell.com

“Propaganda is as powerful as heroin; it surreptitiously dissolves all capacity to think.”Gil Courtemanche (2007). “A Sunday at the Pool in Kigali”, p.178, Vintage

The people in this country are being completely inundated with lies, deceit, misdirection, and extreme propaganda. This is meant to cloud the minds of the weak and gullible population with fabricated absurdities in order to frighten them into submission. Unfortunately, this strategy is working, and the masses are folding to the…

Jack Hinson: A Civil War Sniper Hell Bent on Revenge

Shahan Russell at War History on Line

John W. “Jack” Hinson, better known as “Old Jack” to his family, was a prosperous farmer in Stewart County, Tennessee. A non-political man, he opposed secession from the Union even though he owned slaves. Friends and neighbors described him as a peaceable man, yet despite all this, he would end up going on a one-man killing spree.

Jack’s plantation was called Bubbling Springs, where he lived with his wife and tenchildren. When the Civil War broke out in 1861, he was fiercely determined to remain neutral.

When Union Brigadier General Ulysses S. Grant arrived in the area in February 1862, the Hinsons hosted the man at their home. The general was so pleased with the plantation that he even turned it into his temporary headquarters.

Even when one of their sons joined the…

RIP my friend.

…Walter’s office was adorned with a framed picture of his daughter, who he doted over, and a Confederate flag! When a visitor asked why a black man like himself had a Confederate flag in his office, he said it was to give him the opportunity to explain the virtues of secession to whoever asked about it.

And that is exactly the same reason why I had the Battle Flag hanging in my office. — just trying to help the proletariat to better understand the War of Yankee Aggression.

And one more time for Walter, Think Secession! — jtl, 419

Song for Today: Ernest Tubb And The Texas Troubadours – I’m Walking The Floor Over You 1982

If you know who Earnest Tub is (was) (and I do as I was born near his hometown) you have identified yourself as a certified geezer.

When he sang, old Earnest sounded like a Bull Frog in heat. He couldn’t carry a tune in a 55 gallon barrel. But for more than 40 years his fans turned out by the thousands. — Bill Jones, Range Magazine, Winter 2020/2021.
